Fashion retailer Paul Smith is opening a new London shop this month – in Soho’s Beak Street – and is crowdsourcing good, old-fashioned, mailed content to decorate the new premises. “People from all over the world send me all sorts of extraordinary things in the post from hand-knitted blankets to cycling jerseys, always in beautifully customised envelopes,” says Smith. “If you send an envelope to Paul Smith, Beak Street you might find it featuring in the shop when we open this summer.”
